Candidates Green, Zuniga, O’Donnell and Davis slated to participate in Sept. 30 event
VISTA, Calif. – September 9, 2026 – Candidates running in the Vista Mayoral and City Council District 4 races in the November 3, 2026 general election are scheduled to take part in a Candidate Forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of North County San Diego (LWVNCSD). The live event will take place September 30 from 6:00 to 7:30p.m. at the Morris Vance Community Room, 200 Civic Center Dr #100, Vista, CA 92084. All of the candidates, Joe Green, Kenneth Zuniga, Dan O’Donnell and Josh Davis, have confirmed their attendance.
Conducted by the LWVNCSD, these candidate forums are strictly non-partisan and are structured with trained facilitators to provide a fair and impartial platform for the public to hear directly from candidates about their qualifications, priorities, and plans. Candidates will have equal time for opening and closing statements and to respond to questions submitted in writing by the public.
