About this event
Calling all volunteers looking for a fun Sunday. No experience needed to be part of this family-friendly event in Historic Downtown Escondido. Our League is sponsoring a table where our volunteers will engage with the public; provide information to voters about the 11/4 Special Election (may register voters, too); lead voter games and hand out prizes, swag and candy.
The festival stretches from the Escondido City sign at Center City Pkwy to Kalmia St. There will be a wide range of local vendors, live music, food trucks, a beer garden, a Halloween costume contest, so bring your friends and family to enjoy the day.
Three shifts available, each shift is 3 hours--see below; 4 volunteers per shift needed. Please register for this event and Jen will contact you about which shift you can work. 8:30am, 11:30am or 2:30pm. Details: candidateforums@lwvncsd.org
